  2. Identifying credible sources in the sea of misinformation 

Module 3

Diets, Nutrition and Climate
  1. Understand the climate impact of different foods and dietary patterns
  2. Gain awareness of common misconceptions around climate-friendly diets
  3. Describe the parallels between plant-rich diets and healthy diets
  4. Identify the key components, including the limitations,  of the planetary health diet
  5. Understand the alignment of plant-rich diets and various health conditions

Module 4

Module 4: Food waste/Food use
  1. Understand the impact of food waste on greenhouse gas emissions
  2. Recognize the major contributing factors toward food waste
  3. Identify the most effective ways to reduce food waste

Module 5

Module 5: Putting it into Practice
  1. Understand where we are as a profession and our current level of competence
  2. Recognize the places in which we need to pivot our messaging or approach
  3. Identify key strategies to operationalize food use and plant-rich diets in your practice setting
  4. Identify contextual factors that will increase likelihood of success

Module 6

Module 6: Other Climate-Friendly Practice Points
  1. Recognize non-food climate actions that apply to dietetic practice
  2. Identify opportunities in different practice settings to reduce emissions
